We assess defects identified during fire door inspections and agree suitable remedial works. Depending on the door assembly and supporting evidence, work may include adjustments, replacement seals, compatible ironmongery and other supported repairs.
The suitability of a repair depends on the existing door, its condition and the available tested details or manufacturer guidance. We explain where repair is appropriate, where further evidence is needed and where replacement should be considered. We do not assume that every existing door can be upgraded or certified through remedial work.
